I make a digital painting every day. This is a practice I started in 2018 to reclaim my creative energy after a long hiatus from art. Since then, it has grown and evolved into a time-based series of autobiographical digital paintings – now built over more than 2200 consecutive days’ work.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eHOPE\u003c\/em\u003e is created from over a hundred different images from the series, selected for their bluish tones  Each image is printed as a four-inch postcard three times, then cut, folded and constructed into dimensional forms. The companion piece, \u003cem\u003eFEAR,\u003c\/em\u003e is created in the same method. The pieces are designed to share some of their imagery, with light surfaces for \u003cem\u003eHOPE\u003c\/em\u003e and dark for \u003cem\u003eFEAR\u003c\/em\u003e. Where the imagery overlaps, the  works share the same physical materials.
