I am showing abstracted landscapes and place-portraits in an exhibition called Sense of Place at Cascadia College's Mobius Gallery. The show includes selected individual works from my Daily Art Habit series as well as “Sammamish River,” a 564-piece collaborative work, including 104 pieces contributed by community members that were inspired by the river in some way. Created with support from the City of Bothell Arts Commission, the shape of this work reflects the course of the river as it passes through the city of Bothell, a portrait of place shaped by our collective experiences.
